I started this diet called the Slow Carb Diet. You can read about it in The 4 Hour Body by Tim Ferriss. Check it out here: amzn.to Also check out Tim's blog here: bit.ly I've been doing the Slow Carb Diet for a few weeks now. You can't eat grains, dairy, or fruit. Its basically a vegan diet in that sense, except that you are allowed to eat meat. A ton of meat. So its not even close to vegan. I can eat steak but I can't eat butter? Okay. The Slow Carb Diet is great for fast and efficient weight loss. Apparently some people can lose 20 pounds in one month. And you can get your body fat percentage down, too. Its a healthy diet to lose weight fast, while giving your body all the nutrition it needs. Which is of course better than some fad diet that starves your body of nutrients in the process. Health ftw!! I have been having some serious food cravings because my favorite foods are things like sandwiches and potatoes. Yum. One benefit of this diet is that I'm trying out some new healthy recipes and learning how to cook healthy, delicious foods! But... the diet is still insanely hard. I don't know how to have more willpower and stick with a diet. We'll see how this goes... In the meantime, watch this video to laugh at my struggles. Its funny how pathetic I am.
